Welcome to Zimply, Clara-Cecilia Dias-Taguatinga and Jeremy Demirel!
Helping people simplify their work with creative problem-solving, energizing ping pong breaks, and continuous learning are some of the things both of our eagerly anticipated software developers look forward to as the new autumn semester kicks off at Zimply.
Clara-Cecilia and Jeremy discovered Zimply at the Systemvetardagen (Computer Science Day) at Stockholm University last spring.
Zimply stood out as an exciting and interesting employer compared to other companies, so there was no doubt about applying for a job with them, says Clara-Cecilia.
In addition to the computer science program with a focus on game development, Clara-Cecilia has previously studied design and art. During a couple of years at American Express in London, she got in touch with automation, which felt like the right choice for the future.
Jeremy has several years of experience as a personnel manager in the roofing industry and has also tried his hand at entrepreneurship. The drive to continue helping people solve problems but with a more technical and creative focus emerged. After combining the computer science program with a full-time job, Jeremy feels that he is now where he wholeheartedly wants to be.
Now I get to combine my interest in technology and people with solving real-world problems, and it feels really good, says Jeremy.
We look forward to working together and perhaps also enjoying Clara-Cecilia's Tteokbokki and cheering Jeremy on to new football successes in the Björnligan Division 7. 😉
Warmly welcome!
