The law firm Delphi recruits AI assistant from Zimply

The law firm Delphi has chosen to recruit an AI assistant from Zimply. The new AI assistant, Dolph Lawton, will focus on the client intake process, which means that Dolph will handle the verification and registration of new clients and cases. This frees up time for Delphi's other assistants so they can dedicate themselves to tasks that require more specialized knowledge.

The recruitment of Dolph is part of Delphi's goal to be a leader in digitalization in the legal industry. Sophia Lagerholm, responsible for digital development and innovation at Delphi, comments:
