Since joining Zimply in June, Eduardo Flores Osorio has become a valuable member of the development team. With extensive experience in automation technology and a collaborative mindset, he contributes both technical expertise and a positive presence to the organization.

Eduardo works closely with colleagues across the company to develop and improve automation solutions that help customers save time and reduce repetitive work. Building AI Assistants and Automation Solutions

One of Eduardo's primary responsibilities is developing and training AI assistants that automate complex administrative processes. His current focus is on an AI assistant designed to support lawyers working with bankruptcy cases.

The solution helps interpret incoming applications, verify information through sources such as Creditsafe and other relevant databases, and transfer data into the appropriate workflows. By automating these time-consuming tasks, the AI assistant enables legal professionals to focus more on analysis and client work while reducing manual administration.

For Eduardo, one of the most rewarding aspects of working at Zimply is the close collaboration between colleagues. Although he commutes from Västerås to Stockholm, the team environment makes the journey worthwhile.
