Fredrika Björk – Bridge Builder Between Customer Needs and Creative Power

Between customer needs and developers' creative power, we find Zimply's bridge builder and junior Business Analyst, Fredrika Björk. Alongside the BA team, she guides customers to the sharpest requirements and improves processes set for automation with the help of an AI assistant.

Roots in the North

Her roots in the north are unmistakable when she recounts how she made the leap from Piteå to the big city a few years ago.

- Both my partner and I felt the urge to try something new, so when I found a suitable education, we decided to take the plunge, says Fredrika.

 

Enhanced processes in focus

After studying at Stockholm University, where she majored in Marketing Communication and IT, it didn't take long before she could call Zimply her new workplace this summer. Currently, her focus is on a larger company in the real estate industry, where requirements and process improvements related to supplier invoices take center stage.

- It's amazing to be part of a company at the forefront of technology and automation. It's truly something special to make a real difference for our customers while having a fantastic team to bounce ideas off. Here, the wildest ideas get space, where an idea that seems crazy today might be the norm tomorrow," says Fredrika.

 

Enjoying city life

Fredrika enjoys her city life outside of work, filled with a delightful mix of friends, family, and training, sometimes complemented by serene visits to her family in her hometown.

- It's truly a significant contrast between living in Piteå and Stockholm. So much bigger, more people, a faster pace, and endless possibilities – and I really thrive in it!
