One Year, Thousands of Invoices – How the AI Assistant Became an Integral Part of Botrygg’s Financial Flow

For over a year, the property company Botrygg has been working with Zimply’s AI assistant to streamline and automate its financial processes. Today, more than 70 percent of all incoming supplier invoices are handled completely automatically – from interpretation and accounting to accruals and approval routing. The result is thousands of invoices recorded with higher accuracy, more time freed up for employees, and a workday with less repetitive tasks.
