Byggmax implemented Zimply’s AI assistant to automatically match purchase orders with order confirmations, minimizing errors and freeing the purchasing team for more strategic tasks. Simultaneously, another AI assistant was trained to interpret delivery notification emails and update the e-commerce platform in real-time – ensuring customers receive timely and accurate delivery information.
